Welcome to CampusLOL.com :: Celebrating Campus Life Online.

Thank you for your interest in registering with CampusLOL.com. Membership and participation in CampusLOL.com website is 100% FREE but before you initiate the registration process and start using our service you must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions as they set forth legally binding terms for your use of CampusLOL.com website.

  1. Membership Eligibility

    1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to register on CampusLOL.com.
    2. You must provide accurate information about your name, age, gender and a valid college/university e-mail address. Once you set-up your CampusLOL.com user account, you will not be able to change any information you provided during the initial registration process.
    3. You must be a current college/university student or an alumni of the college/university of which you are providing the e-mail address to register with on CampusLOL.com.
    4. In such cases where you do have a valid dot edu e-mail address or an official college/university affiliated e-mail account but you are NOT a college student or an alumni of said institution (faculty, staff members, etc.) you are NOT authorized to register on CampusLOL.com.

    2. CampusLOL.com reserves the right to immediately terminate any account without prior notice to user who is found to be in violation of above eligibility requirements.

  2. Member Conduct

    1. You are not allowed to share or disclose your CampusLOL.com account details (login ID/password) with any third party (faculty, employers, etc.) under no circumstances whatsoever.
    2. Members are not allowed to copy, share or distribute CampusLOL.com content outside this website. This includes any media or features (photos, postings, poll/survey results, screen shots, etc.) without prior written permission from CampusLOL.com.
    3. All material in any media format is sole property of CampusLOL.com and sharing/distribution of it is copyright infringement that will result in immediate termination of member account.
    4. Users may not upload materials, which would infringe upon and individual or company's rights. This includes but is not limited to materials that infringe upon or violate third parties copyright, trademark, privacy, personal, or privacy rights.

  3. Site Participation

    You are welcome to participate in as many CampusLOL.com features as you like. However, you must adhere to following guidelines to enjoy full benefits of celebrating campus life online:

    1. CampusLOL.com provides each member with unlimited number of photo albums which you can organize in anyway you may like (Halloween photos, Tailgate photos, Spring Break photos, Nightclub/House Party photos, etc.). Your photo albums have three (3) levels of privacy settings that you may assign to each individual album; however you must not upload any photos that are offensive in nature e.g. sexually explicit, obscene, violent or harassing towards any ethnic/race/religious group.
    2. CampusLOL.com also provides its members with different channels to interact with other community members through messaging service, chalkboard, friends network, photo sharing, etc. You are encouraged to utilize these services to enhance your campus life experience without abusing the facilities (Spam, soliciting other members information for personal and/or commercial gains, etc.)
    3. CampusLOL.com reserves the right to reject or remove any posting by the user for any media (photos/text/feature participation, etc.) if it deems against terms of services.
    4. Finally, we reserve the right at our discretion to suspend or terminate your access to any or all features of CampusLOL.com at any time, for any or no reason, without any liability on our part.

  4. Account Cancellation

    1. You may cancel your CampusLOL.com membership account at anytime by sending your registration information to CancelMyAccount@CampusLOL.com from the email address you registered with.
    2. Your profile information will remain on CampusLOL.com's system but will not be visible to other users except in the cases described below.
    3. Any site features particpated in (including but not limited to College Bar Review, & College Football Fever) while having an active user account on CampusLOL.com will remain linked to your basic profile information (name, age, gender, profile photo and school) as of the date your account was disabled.
    4. Disabled account profiles will not be viewable by CampusLOL.com users
    5. Users who have disabled their accounts will not be able to log in.

  5. Liability

    1. Registration, viewing and participating in any of CampusLOL.com material is totally on a voluntary basis from the user side. Absolutely in no event shall CampusLOL.com LLC will be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, damages (punitive or special) including lost profits damages arising from using CampusLOL.com services.
    2. Participation in any of the CampusLOL.com features (College Bar Review, Football Fever, etc.) is purely on user's discretion to contribute or not. CampusLOL.com is not responsible for any damages to user if s/he encounters them while participating in any of them.
    3. CampusLOL.com reserves the right to amend, revise and change these terms at any time. Revised terms of service will be effective as of the date posted on CampusLOL.com. The user is responsible for keeping informed and updated about the terms of service by checking this page regularly.

  6. If you agree to CampusLOL.com terms of service clauses as stated above, you are welcome to start registering otherwise you may leave this website by closing your browser window.
